Spencer Gray provides staffing solutions for our clients using a proven recruiting and screening method that puts qualified candidates into the interview process. We specialize in placing qualified individuals in the areas of Information Technologies, Systems & Applications Development, Marketing/ Communications and Escrow/ Title. Our candidates are provided at no cost to our clients until they decide to bring that person on contract or contract-to-perm through us. So, in other words, you do not pay us until we find you the right individual for the position.

Our clients have welcomed our contract-to-perm option. This provides a hiring manager with a six-month trial phase for each new hire to evaluate the candidate's skills and personally to make sure they are a good fit for their team. After the six-month contract period, a client can bring the candidate on full time with the company without any additional fees or "buy outs".

We also provide contract or temporary people. We understand that the workload may become a little overwhelming at times and you need some extra help for the short term to get through this busy time. Also, there are projects and rollouts that need specialized skills that you may not have on hand to get this done. We can help you get through this with quality professionals in a timely manner.
